Traista Rafael built MarsRover Mine, Build, Breathe as a free game supported by optional advertising. This SERVICE is provided by Traista Rafael and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined here.

Information Collection and Use

I do not collect any data from you. The game works fully offline. Your expedition — your save file, your map seed, your credits, contracts, upgrades, and everything in your store room — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to me or to any server operated by me.

There is no remote database, no cloud save, and no server component of any kind. There is nothing for me to collect, because there is nowhere for it to be sent.

The game has no user accounts, no sign-in, no profiles, and no multiplayer or online features. It does not ask for your name, your email address, or any other personal detail.

The game does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, or any other analytics service. It does not collect analytics, usage statistics, crash reports, telemetry, or log data. It does not track how you play.

The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, or location.

The game uses one optional third-party feature from Google that may collect information, described below. It is the only part of the app that ever touches the network.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game offers optional rewarded advertisements provided through Google AdMob. You are never required to watch an advertisement to play. Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for a reward — recovering a rover that has broken down, or receiving a unit of ore.

When you choose to view an ad, Google AdMob may collect and process information such as device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, and information about your interaction with the ad in order to serve and measure advertising. This data is handled by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, not by me — I do not receive it.

You can limit ad personalisation through your device's advertising settings (for example, "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" or resetting your Advertising ID in your Android settings).

If your device has no internet connection, the rewarded-video buttons simply become inactive and no data leaves your device at all. The game can be played from start to finish this way.

In-App Purchases and Payments

There are none. The game contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no premium currency. Nothing in the game is for sale, so no payment or billing information is ever requested, processed, or stored.

Security

I value your trust. Because the game stores your progress locally on your device and does not transmit it anywhere, your save data remains on your device and under your control. Uninstalling the app removes it. For the optional Google advertising service above, information is transmitted to and secured by Google. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age — indeed, I do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided personal information through the third-party advertising service listed above, please contact me so that I can take the necessary actions.

Your Rights

Because I hold no data about you, there is nothing for me to export, correct, or delete on request. All of your game data lives on your device; you can remove it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. For any data handled by Google in connection with advertising, please refer to Google's privacy policy linked above.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
