Bomber Robot Multiplayer · Last updated: 2026-10-01

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Bomber Robot Multiplayer (Android application id and iOS bundle id com.codingpepper.bomberman), published on Google Play and on the Apple App Store by Traista Rafael, sole developer and operator of the app, contactable at traista.rafael@yahoo.com.

Traista Rafael built Bomber Robot Multiplayer as a free game. This SERVICE is provided by Traista Rafael and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined here.

Information Collection and Use

I do not collect any personal data from you. The game has no user accounts, no sign-in, no profiles and no registration of any kind. It does not ask for your name, your email address, your date of birth, your phone number, or any other personal detail.

There is no text input anywhere in the game that is shown to other people. Your multiplayer name is not typed — it is drawn at random on your own device from two fixed word lists, producing a label such as misty-otter or lunar-gecko. Room codes are generated randomly. There is no chat, no profile, no message box and no free-text field visible to other players, so there is no way for you to enter personal information or offensive content, and nothing for me to moderate or store.

Your game settings and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to me. Single-player games run entirely on your device and require no internet connection whatsoever.

The game does not request or use any special device permissions. It does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, location, calendar, SMS, call logs or storage.

The game uses two Google Firebase services, described below. They are the only parts of the app that ever touch the network.

Multiplayer (Firebase Realtime Database)

Online multiplayer is carried by Google Firebase Realtime Database. It is used only while you are actually in a multiplayer room; single-player games never connect to it.

What is sent: a randomly generated player identifier created on your device, the randomly drawn two-word display name described above, which of the two teams you are on, your join order, your win tally for that room, whether you have put the phone down, and the game inputs themselves — which cell you tapped and which buttons you pressed. A room additionally holds its randomly generated four-character code, the arena's numeric seed, the board size, pattern and style, and, for a private room, the password chosen by whoever opened it.

What is not sent: no name, email address, account, contact details, device identifier tied to you, location or any other personal information. The randomly generated player identifier exists only to tell four anonymous seats apart within one room, and it is not linked to you, to your device or to any other room. All multiplayer play is anonymous.

Rooms are temporary. A room may be public (listed, joinable by one tap) or private (unlisted, reachable only by its code and password). Either way, when the last person leaves, the room, its player roster and its message log are deleted. Nothing about a match is kept after the people in it have gone, and there is no match history, leaderboard, replay or archive of any kind. Your win tally lives on your seat in the room and disappears with it.

There is no authentication on the database. Anybody holding a room's four-character code can join that room; a private room additionally requires its password. Because no personal data is ever placed in a room, what is visible to other people in it is a random name, a team and the moves being played.

Google's handling of data transmitted through Firebase is governed by its own privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

The game uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect minimal, anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — for example how often the game is opened and which screens are used. This helps me understand whether the game works and what to improve.

This data is anonymous and aggregated. It does not identify you, it is not linked to any account (there are none), and it contains no personal information. Firebase Analytics may collect standard technical and app-instance information such as device model, operating system version, country, language, and a randomly generated app instance identifier, as described in Google's documentation. I do not combine any of it with anything else, and I cannot use it to identify an individual player.

Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can reset or limit the identifiers used for analytics through your device's settings (for example by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your Android or iOS privacy settings).

Advertising

There is none. The game contains no advertising of any kind, and no advertising SDK is included in the app.

In-App Purchases and Payments

There are none. The game contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no premium currency. Nothing in the game is for sale, so no payment or billing information is ever requested, processed, or stored.

Service Providers

The game relies on the following third-party services, which may have access to limited information as described above in order to provide their functionality:

  • Google Firebase Realtime Database (online multiplayer)
  • Google Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage statistics)

These are the only third-party services in the app. They are obligated to handle any information they receive in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Security

I value your trust. Because the game holds no personal data about you, there is no store of personal information to be breached. Multiplayer traffic is transmitted to and secured by Google over an encrypted connection, and room data is deleted when the room empties. Your settings remain on your device. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to Other Sites

This Service does not contain advertising, and does not link out to third-party websites from within the game. This privacy policy page and the app's store listing may link to the privacy policies of the service providers named above; those sites are not operated by me, and I have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age — indeed, I do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, and the app provides no way for any user to enter such information. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided personal information through this app, please contact me so that I can take the necessary actions.

Your Rights

Because I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for me to export, correct, or delete on request. Your settings live on your device and can be removed at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Multiplayer room data is deleted automatically when the room empties. For anonymous analytics data handled by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policy linked above and to your device's privacy settings.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

This policy is effective as of 2026-09-15.
